How long can a sugar glider live without food or water?

If they have water, sugar gliders may possibly survive 3.5 days, however, one should never live them without food and water. If a sugar glider is lost in the house, one should place small amounts of food and water all over the place till the animal is recovered. After 3.5 days without food a sugar glider will be very light. If the sugar glider receives a large amount of food after starvation, it may develop intestinal blockage and die very painfully after refeeding.
