Heater Always blows Cold airAlthough there could be several reasons, the most common on cars built in the last 20 or so years is a failure of the "Blend Door" system.

Most modern vehicles allow you to control temperature by "mixing" hot and cold air in varying amounts inside the plenum chamber, usually located above the passenger's feet. The industry calls this "blending."

Often, when the control mechanism, or the door pivot, or control arm, fails the door "sticks" in the position which directs only cold air into the passenger compartment. It can fail in other positions, but the full cold is most common.

To correct this problem, you will have to find/identify the cause of the failure, and then repair or replace what's causing the problem.

Again, the "culprit" is commonly the Blend Door Assembly.
