What do truck drivers use tooth pick for speed to stay awake?

they dip the toothpicks in a speed ,that they give horses that race.they let them dry .then you put them in your hat on the side w/ the mesh.when you need it ,you can suck on or chew it,but it might burn your mouth,so usally it is dipped in coffee and dissolve a little bit and drink it.
