How does one find the temperature to use when cooking two recipes with different baking times and different baking temperatures?

They have different baking times, but what are the tempetures? The same or different. Either you take them out at different times or put them in at different times. Something that calls for 375 for 30 minutes and something that calls for 325 for an hour require just that. Spliting the difference will not work.
