Where is lemuria continent?

Lemuria is a hypothetical lost continent that was proposed in the 19th century to explain certain geological and biological phenomena, particularly the distribution of species across the Indian ocean. It was believed to have existed in the area now occupied by the Indian Ocean, between Madagascar and India. However, there is no scientific evidence supporting the existence of Lemuria, and it is now considered a myth. The concept has largely been replaced by plate tectonics and the understanding of continental drift.
