What does the united nations childrens fund do?

The United Nations Children Fund was set up in 1946 to provide food and shelter to child victims.Today the UNICEF provides aid for children through special programmes like familly planing,child development and care, traning programmes for jobs etc. The UNICEF is particularly active in developing contries.
