What does would you tap me mean?

Three answers that immediately come to mind though there are of coarse many more meanings. One is will you lightly tap me on the shoulder when so and so appears. The other is, would you tap (Borrow off) me for 10 dollars if you were in need?. Another is, would you tap into my pocket to steal my money?
