Maybe if you aren't eating anything all day or throwing up after you do eat. If you feel you may be heading this direction get help.
This really depends on the person. Are they still getting enough food in the day to lead a healthy lifestyle? And are they not eating as a form of dieting, even if they are not hungry? Most importantly, do their parents or other responsible people with their best interests at heart know about this? If there is any doubt (which there seems to be) help should be sought.
