What to do if you keep WooHooing on the sims but you are not having kids?

If you're continuously WooHooing in The Sims but not having kids, check if your Sims have the "Try for Baby" option available when WooHooing. Ensure that at least one of the Sims is not using Birth Control or is not sterile. Additionally, make sure the game settings allow for pregnancy and that the Sims are in a committed relationship.
