Who is descended from the Celts?

Many modern populations in Europe, particularly those in the British Isles, France, and parts of Central Europe, are considered to be descendants of the Celts. This includes the Irish, Scots, Welsh, and Bretons, among others. Additionally, some regions in countries like Germany and Austria also have Celtic heritage.
