Alcohol has a boiling point of 173 degrees Fahrenheit. That does not mean simply heating a specific amount of vodka to that temperature will cause all the alcohol to evaporate instantly as you are also heating the water and other miscibles in the Vodka. But keeping the heat between this temp (but less than 212) for long enough should eventually "cook off" all the alcohol. As Vodka is about 40% alcohol, by volume, once all the alcohol is gone you should have about 60% of the original volume remaining when the mixture has returned to room temperature.
