What does it mean if a bird wont move even if you push it?

no i just finshed theater class today and he/she was in bettwen 2 cars so i pushed her/him with my foot (barley just a nub) and he didn't do andthing he was just standing there my mom thought he was cold so we got my old luch box and took him home, made a nest in the back yard, and is now safe!!! i think?!?!??!

Well if it was a wild bird that changes things. The bird was probably in shock when you saw it. The bird is safe now to answer your question, but you usually shouldn't mess with wild animals. Wild birds can carry air born diseases plus if birds get to comfortable around humans that's a bad thing because they can learn to be dependent on them.
