When will soccer season in Italy start?

The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) announced that the 2010 - 2011 Italy Serie A season will start in the weekend of Saturday August 28 and Sunday, August 29, 2010, and will end on Sunday , May 22, 2011. There will be 4midweek rounds: 10 November 2010, 2 February and 2 March 2011. So there will be no midweek rounds in December and January, except for 6 January2011, when there should be a match at 12.00 and all the others at 15.00.

The winter break will be from 19 December 2010to 6 January 2011.
