How did the Inca control there empire?

The Inca controlled their vast empire through a combination of military strength, efficient administration, and a well-developed communication network. They implemented a system of roads and messengers called "chasquis" to facilitate quick communication across their territory. The Inca also enforced centralized governance by appointing local leaders, known as "curacas," who were loyal to the Inca and responsible for managing local populations.
