2002 Dodge neon where is the location of the fuse for the rear defrost. I have looked at the fuse center under the hood and do not see anything that appears to match the description.?

there are also the fuzes located inside the front dash. These can be accessed thru the cover that is on the driver side of the dash. The layout of fuses can be found on the inside of the cover
