Finding the tail light-dash light fuse on the 1999 odyssey?

There is another on the passenger side by your feet. The fuse you want to change there is fuse #10. This sometimes blows if you either have a trailer hitch, an after-market radio, or a short in your CD/radio (normally shorted due to coins being put into CD slot).
