How do i completely reset my URC 7040 all for one remote?

To completely reset your URC 7040 All For One remote, first, remove the batteries from the remote. Press and hold the "Power" button for about 10 seconds to discharge any remaining power. Then, reinsert the batteries while holding down the "Magic" button until the red LED blinks and turns off.
