What is the value of a pre 64 mod 94 30-30 Winchester issued to and stamped property of Virginia state police?

Without the stock markings showing Property of Virginia State Police, probably about $750-$1000. With the property markings, to a collector like me, around $1250-$1500 if in decent condition.
