For reliance fresh customer complaint who will look this matter?

I am a regular customer of reliance fresh Humayun Nagar,Hyd AP. I had an old paper card which I deposited at your store about 2 years back with all the details. For my surprise i came to know at your store that the points which were in my old card has not been added in the new carton when ever i ask for points I get a answer contact customer care Their is a mistake in your card's Reliance One is fooling the customers? I gave my details so many at you stores, but still I get a answer please cash your points next time sir. My card No is 6048 6310 1547 0662 Date of birth 6-8-1960 cell no 9848033970
