What does mothers b-day mmdd mean?

Mother's b-day mmdd means mother's birthday month and day, each written as 2 digits, like 0215. Usually, this is used on forms and written with a slash between the month and day, like 02/15. Another example is 11/05, but if it states mmdd, write it without without the slash.
