Can you eat i can't believe it's not butter spray on the hcg diet?

You can but just be careful because the second ingredient is soybean oil and no oils are protocol. i use it sometimes for a change but never more then five sprays to stay within the zero calorie range.

I am on my second time doing hcg and it is awesome.
