Is the word pingas a bad word?

PINGA is a pure tagalog name, a resulting merge or marriage between two tagalog natives "PI" and "NGA" who had lived and dwelled along the banks of rivers in Luzon when that big island was still known as "kahariang malaya". Indigenous clans bearing the name PINGA were originally considered as "maginoo" or "nobility" in those very ancient times when the europeans did not even know the existence of "asya" or Asia.
