Who is considered aryan?

The term Aryan is a Sanskrit (ancient Indian language) term used to describe noble, superior race. Arayn race is a reference to the decendants of Proto-Indo-Europeans which includes the people of old Indian subcontinent and the Western European region. After sometime, theorists included all of Europe as part of the Aryan race, and the term was further diluted to represent white supremacy by Nazis and NeoNazis.
