No. the first No Way Out was held as "No Way Out of Texas: In Your House" in February 1998. The second edition was titled just "No Way Out" and happened in February 2000. This PPV was a regular feature every year until 2009 and recently made its way back to the annual ppv calendar and was held in June 2012.
