Tudor punishments on a ship

This is my opinion, I learnt this in history class. You would be dragged on to a fence then, while you're alive your internal organs would be taken out and shown to you, then while you're still alive (they like to keep the victim alive for as long as possible) they'd cut of all your limbs and show them to you, then while you're still alive (I KNOW) they'd cut off your penis and testicles and show them to you, then you'd die and everything cut off would be cooked in a black tar-like substance, and I can't remember whether they did actually eat it.

The punishment was to be hanged, drawn and quartered. Hanged, but not until dead. Drawn- meaning organs cut out while alive. Quartered- body cut into fourths. The tar mentioned above was a preservative- the remains were hung up for display- as a warning to others- the tar made the remains last longer. and, as the original poster said- I KNOW!
