Well firstly if u want to follow him when he is outside you should hide at the back of the car, follow him, look up his facebook/ msn page and if he hasn't added you make a false account. My friend did that to another friend who doesn't want to have facebook, i don't have facebook either thanks to my strict dad. Sos ive run out of ideas
