How do you become friends with rockhopper?

He is usually on a full server so if there is one way for someone to log off then go on. ( he is usually on blizzard but not all the time)

Search the migrator, snow forts, the dock, the beach, the lighthouse, the beacon and the cove. If he is not there log off and click log on as a different penguin type in rockhopper and a passWord of your choice if it says incorrect passWord rockhopper is on the server if it says something else he is now and you will usually see a group of penguins crowding him
