What is the full meaning of EMPRETEC?

EMPRETEC is a United Nations training workshop for entrepreneurs, developed by David McClelland at Harvard University. It was first introduced in Argentina in 1988, and the name adopted, EMPRETEC, is a spanish acronym for 'emprendedores' (entrepreneurs) and 'tecnología' (technology).
