How do you check and fill the manuel transmission fluid on a 1991 Honda Accord?

fill or check through the speedo cable hole. theres a 10mm size bolt on the gearbox at the end of the speedo cable end area, undo this bolt and remove flat locating tab and pull at the cable (might a little tight) the fill mark is just above the white speedo gear.
