How do you strighten curly hair without using hair staightener or hair dryer?

i done this once i had a shower washed my hair didnt towel dry it i got a fan and my hair brush and turned the fan on low for about 10mins while brushing then which to a higher speed and brushed to for awhile then my hair was dry and striaght idk thats just me u can try if u want
