What does mon belle mean?

Mon belle would mean "my beautiful" if it was grammatically correct, but it isn't.

belle is feminine and should take 'ma' as the pronoun.

mon is masculine and should take beau as the noun/adjective

So, if you are speaking of a feminine thing, it would me "ma belle...." and if speaking of a masculine thing it would be "mon beau....".
