Is it true Leo's are now Cancer's?

Not really, although some Virgos are now technically Leos. The Sun physically appears in the constellation Leo from August 10 - Sept 10. So Virgos in the tropical zodiac born Aug 22 - September 10 actually have Sun signs of Leo.
