What a girl should wear for 80's day school appropiate outfits please?

Top: A loose graphic sweater/ tee. Neons will work wonders for this

Bottoms: A tutu-type skirt (make sure the length fits within your school's guidelines) also, (optional) adding leggings (it doesn't have to be neon) will give a fun look

Shoes: converse will do

Accessories: any bright/ neon headbands, fingerless gloves, legwarmers

Makeup: (if any) bright eyeshadow and possibly a bright lip.
