Please take note that a kid can lose weight (not loose) by eating less and by exercising. Stay away from butter, sugar and soda, go easy on bread and focus on vegetables and small amounts of lean meat such as chicken (skinless) or turkey. Also stay away from fast food. You can lose around 3 or 4 pounds in a week if you try.
