What is the state with the lowest average precipitation ranking?

I would say just about the southern most state get a lot of rain. kk.

----I would have to say that really depends on where you live in Texas. Texas is a big state and there are many parts where it rains very, very little.

I used to live in West Texas where it only averaged about 10-14 inches per year.

I don't know about he other states but I'd say Northern states such as Washington, Wisconsin...etc. accumulate a lot of rainfall as well.

Texas, LA, and FL get a lot of rain on their coastal areas most likely..
