How do you put photos into new folders on the iPad?

to be honest no clue but i know how to make app folders on your iPod when u hold your finger on an app (any one) then drag it on an another 1 and it will appear with a box then u can name a folder you do not need a jailbroken ipod touch only one with software 4.0
