Victoria Azarenka won the 2013 Australian Open in Women's singles. She beat Li Na of China in the finals with a score of 4-6, 6-4, 6-3. She is the first Belarusian player to win a Grand Slam singles title, winning the Australian Open in both 2012 and 2013.

Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci of Italy won the 2013 Australian Open in women's doubles. They beat Australians Ashleigh Barty and Casey DELLacqua 6-2, 3-6, 6-2.
