Contrary to popular belief the way to lose weight is not by Starving yourself or eliminating or eating only certain foods. The way to lose weight is by barely eating under your maintenance level. This is your 0 weight loss or gain number. Most try and starve themselves with some crazy diet, but when you do this it has the opposite effect. You are fighting your body. Your body is trying to conserve while you are trying to get it to shed. By barely eating under this level you are not starving yourself. As a matter of fact you are eating quite a bit of food and your body will easily give up the weight.
