Why your computer is not responding after Computer Processor is removed and put back again?

When you install a new CPU (Central Processing Unit) on a computer, you will most probably have to reinstall your operative system. That does not, however, occur when you "remove and put back again" the same CPU. If that happened and the computer doesn't respond you better check for assistance as something has gone wrong.
