What is the flasher location on a 1994 LeBaron?

The flasher relay in plugged into the black colored section (top) of the interior relay block. This block is located to the left side of the steering column under the dashboard. It helps to remove the plastic cover (knee bolster) below the steering wheel (5 screws) to see the block and relay. The relay block is placed behind and higher than the fuse block. The face of the relay block faces towards the steering column so you will be pulling the flasher relay towards the column. Cheers
