Why the level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is rising?

The level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is rising as the gases responsible are produced without any attempt to reduce the levels. The gases such as Methane, water vapors, Carbon dioxide ( CO2 ), Nitrous Oxide and especially chloroflurocarbons ( CFCs ) are increasing day by day as it is used in manufacturing many products.
