How do you answer a job on why they should hire you?

This is the part of the interview where you need to sell your self. (Note: Question should be "How do you answer a perspective employer or, How do you answer "why you should be hired" in a job interview.) Be direct an discuss your strengths with the interviewer. I am motivated and often seek to achieve better than expected results. I have overcome obstacles such as...[list some tough, character building items here]...in your work experience. Basically, tell the company why you are professional and what you have done to be the best candidate for the position. Remember, YOU need to know why YOU want this job, THEN let the interviewer/company know why YOU want this job and why YOU are the only one they should look at.
