WHERE IS THE UPPER COMMA ON THE KEYBOARD?

The upper comma, also known as the "comma" key, is typically located on the same key as the less-than sign (<) on standard QWERTY keyboards. It is usually found to the right of the "M" key and to the left of the "period" key. To type a comma, simply press the key without any modifier keys.
