Mimuna is a Moroccan holiday celebrated by the Jews from Morocco after 8 days of Passover. They celebrate it by opening their house to everyone in the city. The table is decorated with sweets, jams, flour with 5 pava beans, fish and wheat. Each symbolizes happiness, peace, fertility and the end of the passover. The main dish is Mufletta. Its looks like a tortilla, just lighter and served with sweets like honey, jams and butter.
