Holds. (There are sub categories of holds i.e. crimps, jugs, pinches, rails, jibs, slopers etc.)

If the indoor wall is designed to look like a natural cliff face (and is not just merely a plywood wall) the holds that are part of this surface are called 'Naturals.'
