When is Bangkok in peak tourist season?

We run trips over to Bangkok, Thailand and the hotels that we deal with have the tourist seasons as follows:

SEASON -- LOW SEASON (MAY - JULY, OCT - NOV)
SEASON -- HIGH SEASON (SEPT, MAR - APR)
SEASON -- PEAK SEASON (AUG, DEC)
