Do we still live in a feudal society?

While contemporary society is not a feudal system in the traditional sense, some characteristics of feudalism persist, such as economic inequality and hierarchical social structures. Modern capitalism has replaced lords and vassals with corporations and class systems, where wealth and power are concentrated in the hands of a few. Additionally, certain aspects of dependence and loyalty can be seen in employer-employee relationships. However, the legal and political frameworks of today's societies differ significantly from those of historical feudalism.
