How long does it take for your body to heal after an organ transplant?

In general it will typically take 2-3 months for everything to appear fully healed over. This scar will generally have healed in 1-2 months, however it may take an additional month for swelling around the scar to reduce. However these timings will vary according to what type of transplant you're having.
