How woul you remove the plenum on a 4.3 vortec motor?

if new Fuel Injected design start at the throttle body and work down. Disconnecting fuel rail, electrical plugs, accelerator pedal and kickdown. actually very easy on a 4.3 just watch what you do and take your time. if in doubt take pictures.
