Photoshop
To create skins in Garry's Mod (GMod), you need to use a 3D modeling program like Blender or a texture editing software like
Photoshop or GIMP. First, extract the model you want to modify using a tool like GCFScape, then edit the texture files (usually in .VTF format) to create your custom skin. After modifying the textures, you can repackage them into a .VPK file and place it in the appropriate GMod directory, or simply replace the original texture files. Finally, launch GMod and apply your new skin through the model's properties.
